GTO Basics

GTO

As most of you don't know about GTO,GTO is the important part of your psychological test which is taken by recruiting officers to observe the ability of a candidate to work in a group of totally unknown peoples. 

GTO usually lasts for two days and carries most weight age compared to TO and IO which is conducted at NEPAL MILITARY ACADEMY at Kharipati.

Command Task

Progressive Group Task

On the first day of GTO you will have to face 5 different test i.e. 

1.GROUP DISCUSSION

2.GROUP PLANNING

3.PROGRESSIVE GROUP TASK

4.GROUP OBSTACLE RACE(SNAKE RACE RACE)

5.HALF GROUP TASK

On the second day you will have to face 4 different tests i.e. 

1.LECTURETTE

2.INDIVIDUAL OBSTACLE RACE

3.COMMAND TASK

4.FINAL GROUP TASK

GTO is a test where the candidates individual  potential and the ability to work and influence the group is observed.
